Livo IT Innovations LLP ("Livo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Livo Property Management System, the Livo Marketplace, and the Livo Tenant App (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

1 Information We Collect

To provide a seamless property management experience, we collect the following types of data:

Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Property & Tenancy Data: Property addresses, unit details, rental amounts, and lease agreements.
Financial Information: Payment history, bank account details for rent disbursement, and UPI IDs.
Verification Data (KYC): Government-issued IDs (Aadhar, PAN, Passport) for tenant/owner verification and "Livo Verified" status.
Asset Information: Details regarding vehicles and furniture listed for rent or sale on our Marketplace.
Financial Profile Data: For users opting for housing or car loan services, we may analyze rent collection patterns to provide creditworthiness insights.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

Automate rent collection, invoicing, and maintenance ticketing.
Verify listings on the Livo Marketplace to prevent fraud.
Provide data-driven insights for property investment decisions.
Facilitate loan applications for housing, cars, and assets through our financial partners.
Display targeted advertisements for home-related services (e.g., insurance, maintenance).

3 Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

With Service Providers: Third-party vendors for payment processing (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) and cloud hosting.
With Financial Partners: If you apply for a loan, your rent collection data and KYC will be shared with our partner NBFCs/Banks.
For Legal Reasons: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users.
Marketplace Interactions: Limited contact info is shared between buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants to facilitate transactions.

4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology, to protect your sensitive financial and personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5 Your Data Rights

Access & Correction: You can update your profile and property data directly via the App settings.
Data Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data by contacting our support team, subject to certain legal/contractual retention requirements (e.g., pending rent disputes).
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of marketing communications and data analysis for third-party advertisements at any time.

6 Permissions (Mobile App)

To function effectively, the Livo App may request access to:

Camera/Gallery: To upload property photos and maintenance issue images.
Location: To show nearby marketplace listings and local maintenance services.
Storage: To download rent receipts and lease documents.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

1. General Information Only

The content provided through the Platform is for general informational purposes only. While Livo IT Innovations LLP strives for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information, products, or services contained on the Platform.

2. No Professional or Financial Advice

Livo is a technology service provider. The Company and its Directors do not provide legal, real estate, investment, or financial advice.

Loan Services: Any information regarding housing, car, or property loans is for lead generation and informational purposes. All credit decisions are made solely by third-party financial institutions.
Investment Data: Market insights provided by the Platform are based on historical trends and do not guarantee future returns. Users must conduct their own due diligence.

3. Intermediary Status (Marketplace)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), Livo acts solely as an Intermediary. The Company does not own, sell, or lease the properties, vehicles, or furniture listed on the Marketplace and is not responsible for breaches of any rental/sale agreements between users.

4. Limitation of Director Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livo IT Innovations LLP, its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of rental income, property damage, data breaches from unauthorized third-party access, or financial losses from third-party payment gateways.

5. International Compliance & Jurisdiction

Users accessing the Platform from outside India are responsible for compliance with their local laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

6. "As Is" and "As Available"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity of other users and the legality of the properties or assets they engage with. Livo's "Verified" status is a digital check of documentation provided to us and does not constitute a physical guarantee of the asset or the individual's character.
